Provisional’s today vary a great deal depending on the requirements of the temporary (provisional).

Long term provisionals will be made to higher specifications using better materials and skills and subsequently take longer and cost more.  However, with the significant progress of Cad cam and greater material options we see this becoming a very time and cost effective way of doing these.

Giving patients a ‘preview' of how they will look improves communication and patient acceptance.
